    Imaging shows structure, not function.

    • Reports often include History, Findings, Impression
    • “Unremarkable” usually means no concerning findings
    • “Incidental” means unexpected but often not dangerous

    • Imaging does not always explain symptoms

    PRISM is for learning, not diagnosing. It explains what tests measure and how clinicians reason — it never tells you what to conclude, and it doesn't replace your doctor.
