PRISM Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 19, 2026
PRISM ("we," "us") helps you gather and understand your lab, imaging, and medication information in one calm place. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. PRISM is educational only — it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and does not replace your doctor or veterinarian.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name and email address when you create an account.
- Health information you choose to upload: lab and imaging results, medications, and supplements — for yourself, your family, or your pets. You decide what to add.
- Basic usage information: standard technical data (like device/browser type) to keep the service working.
How we use your information
- To organize your uploads and explain them to you in plain language.
- To help you prepare questions and lists to bring to your doctor or vet.
- To operate, secure, and improve the service.
- We do not sell your personal or health information. We do not use it for advertising.
How your information is stored and protected
Your information is stored securely and kept private to your account. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect it. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we treat your health information with care.
Sharing
We do not share your personal health information with third parties except: (a) with your consent, (b) with service providers who help us run the app under confidentiality obligations, or (c) if required by law.
Your choices and rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your information at any time from your account, or by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your data.
Children
PRISM is not intended for children under 13, and accounts are for adults managing their own or their family's/pets' information.
Not medical advice
PRISM is an educational and organizational tool only. It does not diagnose, treat, or advise, and it is never a substitute for a licensed clinician or veterinarian. Always bring your information and questions to your own doctor or vet.
